From musicians to YouTubers, streamers to podcasters, artists to game builders — creators drive today’s cultural movements. Yet despite their impact, the systems they rely on remain platform-dependent, leaving their income, reach, and growth tied to rules, policies, and algorithms they cannot control.
Revenue is inconsistent, often dictated by sudden algorithm changes or platform policies. Payouts are opaque, leaving creators guessing when or how they’ll be paid. For those who want to scale, access to funding is scarce, as traditional financial systems rarely recognize creative work as collateral. What is SANDchain?
SANDCchain is a zk-powered Layer 2 blockchain built using ZKSync’s ZK Stack and Caldera infrastructure. It combines Ethereum-grade security with high scalability, capable of handling 10,000+ transactions per second at low cost. This makes it ideal for the microtransactions, loyalty programs, and fan interactions that power creator communities at scale.
SANDChain turns engagement into participation, and participation into value. Every interaction on the network is fueled by $SAND, already a top 100 cryptocurrency listed on 80+ global exchanges. To achieve this, SANDchain focuses on 3 community centric building blocks: SANDpoints, Creator Points, and Creator Tokens — each designed to strengthen loyalty, unlock funding, and give creators new ways to grow.

In addition to these community facilitators, Creator Vaults give creators a way to get early access to future aggregated revenue, such as ad revenue from YouTube or TikTok, royalties from music platforms, or recurring subscription payments into an on-chain format they can borrow against. Through services that verify and tokenize these receivables, creators can secure upfront funding based on proven revenue patterns. This transforms future earnings into usable capital today, letting them invest in growth without waiting weeks or months for platform payout cycles.
Creator Vaults are contributed to by fans and backers, who share in the rewards, creating a direct link between community loyalty and creator success.
Together, Creator Vaults and Patron Vaults form the financial core of SANDchain, transforming engagement, predictable income, and community support into transparent, programmable systems that creators can rely on.
From community to economy
The vision of SANDchain is simple: help creators turn communities into economies. Imagine a DJ who launches their own token, giving loyal fans not just backstage access but a real stake in the journey. A podcaster could smooth out unpredictable ad revenue by leveraging Creator Vaults to access funding for a new studio. A digital artist might set up quests where fans earn SANDpoints for participation, which later unlock access to exclusive drops, private Discord chats, or real-world perks.
This creates a flywheel of engagement. Fans earn points by showing loyalty. Those points unlock rewards, tokens, and opportunities to fund creators directly. This combination means that from day one, SANDchain will be plugged into one of the largest creative ecosystems in Web3, while remaining fully interoperable with the broader Ethereum and Layer 2 landscape.
Launching the movement
The journey begins at TOKEN2049 Singapore, where SANDchain will debut the Creator Manifesto — a call to action for creators and fans to join the movement early. This will be followed by the launch of the public testnet in mid of October 2025, the first opportunity to experience SANDchain live.
The first wave of partners spans global brands, Web3 projects, and cultural creators, including The Sandbox, Animoca Brands, ZKsync, Sequence, EigenCloud, Caldera, Ready Player Me, Request Finance, Mocaverse, Cool Cats, Agoria, Pucca, BabyYors, Alex Florez, and Pandapops. More names will be revealed as the Creator Nation expands.
